In Year 1966, When Stan Lee created Black Panther Character.H e did not named it black panther.He named it Black Leopard.But this name wasn't have that strength in it and also this does not sounds like a King and also like a fighter.

Than after when he see tha Character is not taking much popularity he changed the name and named it black Coal Tiger because they wanted to named the character very powerful and strengthful.

So, they named it as coal tiger.

But after sometime they realized that this name is also not going very well.And they name it Black Panther.And after putting name Black Panther the character went viral and everybody loved it.And it went famous.
